Terms and Conditions for Best Price Guarantee:

If ever you find a better Rocalta rate elsewhere on the web within 48 hours of making your reservation, we will honour that lower rate. Simply follow the instructions.

 

To qualify, the lower price must be published and available to the general public. Consolidator, group, incentive meeting, convention, age related, and past guest only rates are excluded. Guarantee is for the hotel reservation only and does not apply to rates "bundled" with air components. 

 

The internet is a big place. To support your claim of a lower rate on another web site, please provide a screen shot that shows availability for the same dates.  Any display that shows availability as being "on request" must be checked for actual availability. You may send the screen shot via fax (876) 957-4108.   To initiate a claim by email, send your information to marketing@rocalta.com.

 

Email attachments will not be opened unless we receive a prior email from you regarding the claim.

 

If your claim is found to be valid, we will confirm to you by email the new rate to be charged.  This guarantee may change or be revised at any time without prior notice. 

 

Rates

All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars.  "All-Inclusive" means all taxes, gratuities, room, meals and bar service are included in the Rates.  "Bed & Breakfast" means all taxes, room and daily breakfast buffet are included. For more details please check our FAQs page. Ground transportation is not included, but can be arranged.  We are unable to arrange air transportation beyond the Island.  However, we can help arrange air service between Negril and Montego Bay or Kingston. Air transportation within Island is not included in the Rates.

 

Please note that we show our rates PER ROOM.  Children under 12 stay free.  All others are considered "Adults."

 

Season Rates are effective from December 15 to April 30.  Off Season Rates are effective May 1 through December 14.  Published rates are subject to change without notice.  Rates are guarenteed on confirmed reservations.
